1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Patrick Colligan ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the praeo iOS application ("App"). By using praeo, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

2. Information We Collect

We collect the following information when you use praeo:

• Email address — collected when you create an account, used for authentication and support.
• User ID — a unique identifier assigned to your account.
• Device ID — used to deliver push notifications to your device.
• Push notification token — generated by your device to enable job alert notifications.
• Job watchlist and keyword filters — the companies and search terms you configure in the App, stored to power your alerts.
• Purchase history and subscription status — recorded to manage your Free or Pro subscription.

We do not collect your name, phone number, location, or any financial payment information. All payments are processed directly by Apple.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To create and maintain your account
• To monitor your watchlist companies and send you push notifications when new jobs are posted
• To manage your subscription and determine feature access (Free vs Pro)
• To respond to support requests sent to support@praeo.app
• To improve the App's performance and reliability

4. Third-Party Services

praeo uses the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase— provides our database and authentication infrastructure. Your email, user ID, watchlist, and keyword data are stored on Supabase servers. See Supabase's privacy policy at supabase.com/privacy.
• OneSignal— delivers push notifications to your device using your device ID and push notification token. See OneSignal's privacy policy at onesignal.com/privacy_policy.
• RevenueCat— manages subscription status and purchase history. See RevenueCat's privacy policy at revenuecat.com/privacy.
• Apple App Store— processes all payments. We never see or store your payment information. See Apple's privacy policy at apple.com/legal/privacy.

5. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, your personal data is deleted from our systems within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.

6. Your Rights

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of your data
• Opt out of push notifications at any time through your device settings

7. Children's Privacy

praeo is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us at support@praeo.app and we will delete it.

8. Data Security

We use industry-standard security measures including encrypted connections and secure cloud infrastructure to protect your data. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.

10. Governing Law

This Privacy Policy is governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
